In-store Purchase (merchandise received in-store)

24-Hour Return Policy

We offer a 24-hour full refund on any single item purchase of $50 or more (before taxes).

Must have original receipt. Funds will be refunded as they were paid, and only to the card used for payment if applicable.

7-Day Exchange Policy

Purchases under $50 (before taxes) may be exchanged for merchandise or store credit within 7 days of original purchase.

Order Cancellations

Any custom work or custom orders may be canceled with a full refund within 24 hours of the original order date. After this, the sale is considered final, and no refunds will be given.


At Pictures-Frames & More we understand that buying art is an investment, and this is why we offer our customers a convenient layaway plan.

All layaway purchases must be $49.97 or more. A minimum payment of 25% plus taxes must be put down. You have 90 days to pay in full. All layaway sales are Final Sales.

Online Purchase (received via Parcel Delivery)

7-Day Return Policy (for damaged or defective items)

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Pictures-Frames & More. If you receive standard-size merchandise via Parcel Delivery that is damaged or defective, you may return it within 7 days of purchase for a refund issued to the original tender, accompanied by your original receipt. Accepted forms of an original receipt include receipts obtained in-store, online packing slips, order invoices, and order confirmation emails. Damaged or defective items sold online by Pictures-Frames & More are eligible for FREE in-store returns. For items returned by mail, a $10 fee will be charged, deducted from the order total.

How to Return Standard-Size Defective Merchandise (received via Parcel Delivery)

In-Store Returns

Bring the item(s) you would like to return to our Pictures-Frames & More store at 1841 St. Matthews Avenue West Winnipeg MB, R3H 0P8, along with one of the following forms of proof of purchase:
• Original receipt
• Gift receipt
• Order invoice

For audit purposes, please provide the following:
• Name
• Address
• Telephone Number
• Valid Photo ID

If you would like to exchange the item, one of our store associates will be happy to help you find what you’re looking for.

Returns By Mail ($10 Fee Applies)

  1. Locate Your Order Number: Find your order number in your order invoice or shipping confirmation email to initiate your return.
  2. Email Us: Send an email to, including your Order Number, Name, Address, Telephone Number, and a photo and description of the defective/damaged item. Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label.
  3. Prepare Your Package: Securely pack your items (preferably in the original packaging) and include your proof of purchase. Attach the shipping label sent to you, ensuring no other labels are visible on your package.
  4. Ship It: Once your package is ready, ship it back to us using the specified mail service provider on your shipping label.
  5. Refund Process: Upon receiving the defective/damaged merchandise, we will refund the amount of the item returned, with a $10 fee deducted from the total.
