Is shipping available?

Shipping is offered for certain products. Your shipping rate will be calculated based on your location, reflecting the lowest available rate from reputable shippers such as Canada Post, Purolator, FedEx, DHL, Loomis, and others. Most items, including toys and general merchandise, are shipped directly from our warehouse in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Please note that we do not ship breakable items such as mirrors, glass art, large framed art, etc. For these items, you can click on ‘Inquire by Email’ on the item of interest and leave us a message. If you want to order in bulk, we recommend contacting us at 204-775-7800 before placing your order. Our dedicated team will be delighted to assist you, discuss your requirements, and explore the available delivery options tailored to your specific needs.

Where do the items ship from?

All our merchandise is shipped from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.

Do you ship outside Canada?

We work with international shipping providers FedEx and DHL capable of delivering to your location. Simply input your address during checkout for accurate shipping costs. For bulk orders necessitating delivery outside of Canada, please contact us, and we’ll gladly engage in discussions to arrange special shipping accommodations tailored to your needs.

What payment options are available?

If you choose to pick up your order in-store, you have the option to pay upon pickup. We accept various payment methods, including Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and Interac.

For shipped orders, you can securely pay using your Credit or Debit Card via Authorize.net.

Can I find all the items listed on the website at the physical Pictures Frames & More store in Winnipeg?

While select merchandise is available for in-store purchase, please be aware that the majority of items are stored in our warehouse to ensure efficient order fulfillment.

Are the product photos on the website accurate?

Despite every effort to provide accurate images of each product’s colour and design, actual colours and design may vary slightly, due to different device screen settings, the lighting in the installation location, slight differences in product finishes over time, and other factors. PF&M will not accept responsibility for any colour or design differences. In purchasing from PF&M, you agree to accept the small risk that there will be a slight variation between the actual colour, design, and representation on our website.
